Susana Cardoso has been Chief of Client Services at the ILO Library since 2012. She wears many hats at work and that is what she likes. On top of the management of the Digital Research and Information Services Unit, she oversees access services, reference and research assistance, digital collections and outreach. Before joining the International Labour Organization in Geneva, she worked for more than 10 years in the Portuguese Public Administration as a Librarian and Information specialist. Susana began her professional career as a reference librarian at the Library of the Ministry of Labour in Lisbon, Portugal.
