Played pivotal roles in the landmark study to transform libraries in Singapore and established innovative value-added services at public and corporate libraries. Also spearheaded the first nationwide digital library.  Helped in the setting up of the National Library Board and supported top management in the transformation journey including shaping services, exploiting technology and professional development.
