Helle Lauridsen has a background in academic libraries. She spearheaded the move to e-resources in Denmark and later moved to the vendor side, championing the development of comprehensive e-resource management, metrics and discovery tools. As Product Owner for the Intelligent Material Management System (IMMS) she has moved to the field of physical material logistics and large-scale collection management using machine learning for improving the handling of material. She is active in the Danish Research libraries association and is a member of the executive committee of UKSG.
