Julia Wickholm is a library pedagogue at Iso Omena library in Espoo, Finland. She works mainly in Swedish, but also speaks Finnish and English fluently. Julia has a Bachelor of Science in Gender Studies (Lund University, Sweden, 2015) and has studied theatre, literature, pscyhoanalysis and social work in Nottingham, Sweden and Finland.

In her work, Julia provides book talks, co-ordinates author meetings and other events and encourages children and youngsters to read. She especially loves books about flawed characters and haunted stories, and she is not afraid of being political when giving book tips.
