Bruce Massis is the Director of Libraries for Columbus State Community College (Columbus, Ohio), as well at the college Accreditation Liaison Officer. He holds a Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science from Queens College (NY) and a Master’s Degree in English from Adelphi University (NY). He has served the library profession as a respected library administrator, columnist and author for more than three decades. His books include Interlibrary Loan of Alternative Format Materials (co-author, The Haworth Press), Serving Print Disabled Library Patrons (McFarland & Co. Publishers), Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped: An International Approach (K.G.
