I am currently responsible for leading the transformation of Jisc's Library Support Services. I have also supported a new collaboration between Jisc and HESA (the Higher Education Statistics Agency) to explore data visualisation in a library context and deliver a new service to enhance and widen the use of business intelligence in the sector. I am a qualified librarian, having previously worked as the Electronic Resources Co-ordinator at the University of Manchester Library.
