John Barbrook is the Head of Library and Learning Services at the Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. Previously a Linux Systems Administrator, Hairdressing Librarian and Bicycle Mechanic he passionately believes in using Open Source Software, Consumer Technology and Usability to create fantastic library services, that are cost effective, agile and innovative. Leading on mobile devices in the NHS East of England area John is presently working on mobile App development and library discovery services.
